If your blog post's featured images are fairly low resolution, you may want to delete the top image canvas. Your blog will still look gorgeous, but the top banner section looks best when you upload an image that's 2500px on the long side. Rawlings Conservancy Engagement Session – Baltimore Maryland

October 4, 2022

Who says you can’t get good engagement photos in the rain? Because you totally can! It was POURING Sunday when we captured Erika + Caleb’s engagement photos! But with a clear umbrella and an indoor conservancy, we got some of my favorite photos to date.

I’ve photographed Caleb + Erika a few times this year, and this time I’m excited to say it was for their engagement session! Erika really wanted something unique for their photos. Central PA is beautiful, but many areas are overused for photos, so she wanted something fresh and exciting for their session. I’m excited to say, this place was perfect for that! Even with the rain, it didn’t slow us down from capturing some of my favorite photos to date. We walked around each of the unique rooms of the greenhouse conservancy and even learned about some of the individual plants that grow there.

Already we’re counting down the months until their wedding next April! We can’t wait! Congrats Erika + Caleb!

BEHIND THE LENS

Meet
    Holly

Photographer, artist, mother, wife, author, inspired by nature, good light, and you.

I've been a photographer for over ten years and an equestrian for over eighteen. I feel most alive and creative when I’m surrounded by nature — sweeping landscapes, quiet beauty, and golden light. I cherish time with my family and the people I love most, and I hold the Sabbath close as a reminder that rest is as sacred and necessary as hard work. Above all, I believe life’s greatest gift is found in both loving deeply and being deeply loved in return.
